Yoga is so much more than the poses you see;  it is also about breath, focus or mindfulness, foundation, and discipline.   It can be invigorating at times; yet it also can be quiet and calming.

Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 9:00am.  
Please bring your mat, blocks, blankets, and water.  Hydration is always important.  

Proof of vaccination is required on first visit. 

Vinyasa Yoga is a flow of movements synchronized with breath; the breath in conjunction with the movements, heats the body which adds to your flexibility and strength.  From beginners to those who are experienced, everyone has those days that we may feel not as strong as we would like to be; so regardless of your physical abilities or your mental strength, yoga can benefit your well being.
