Yoga is not only the poses you see, it is so much more; invigorating at times, yet other times it can also teach one to focus and be mindful.
Hot Power Vinyasa Yoga which is a flow of movements synchronized with breath and sun salutations; the breath in conjunction with the movements, heats the body to add flexibility and strength. From beginners to those who are experienced, everyone has those days that we may feel not as strong as we would like to be; so regardless of your physical abilities or your mental strength, yoga can benefit your well being.
I have taken a break and not teaching at this time; when I am able to begin teaching again I will open up the calendar again.
